You just need to get used to the interface.ĮaseUS RecExperts offers one of the best screen recorders for Windows and Mac. We also felt the user interface could overwhelm newcomers to the software.ĭuring our review, we wrote: "It’s a bit like you have to wrestle with its way of working, until you capitulate and have to work on its terms. When we tested out the product recently, we thought it was a great tool, though hampered by frustrating design choices and minor glitches. On top of that you get advanced features like noise reduction (for your voiceovers) and the ability to set transitions between your scenes.Īll of this is overkill if you just want to record a quick clip – and to the complete beginner, OBS Studio perhaps isn't the best screen recorder for you. It was marketed as the Familia in Japan, which means "family" in Latin. The Familia line was replaced by the Mazda3/Axela for 2004. The Mazda Familia ( Japanese: マツダ ファミリア, Matsuda Famiria), also marketed prominently as the Mazda 323, Mazda Protegé and Mazda Allegro, is a small family car that was manufactured by Mazda between 19. Everyone from performance tuners to mild-mannered family types have found the breezy performance and sharply-designed exterior equally attractive. A stellar reputation for embracing the personality of its drivers is what separates this street-icon from the pack. An absolute favorite hook-up for many, the Protege has a lot going for it. The Mazda Protege is one of the most featured models in popular (automotive) culture. It was equipped with a turbocharged engine, four-wheel disc brakes, and most of the same components as the previous MP3. The MP3 was updated to become the Mazdaspeed Protege in 2003. This is also when the Protege MP3 premiered, showing off 17" Racing Hart wheels, a sport-tuned suspension, and a cat-back exhaust system. 2001 welcomed in an update, as the Mazda Protege parts were given an edgier, more aero-enthused exterior style, a stiffened suspension, and an upgraded premium audio system were also added to the model. All-wheel drive could also be had as an option. An inline four-cylinder engine was still the source of power, and like before, paired to either a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission. Five-door wagon models were known as the Protege5 in North America, but the body-styles offered from the previous generation were made available once again, as well. The third generation (and ninth overall) of the Mazda Protege rolled off the line in mid-1998 for the 1999 model year. However, a full redesign of Protege parts would not be ordered until the close of the decade. For this generation, the Protege also featured an increase of smooth lines for the exterior parts, which gave off a more aerodynamic shape than previous years. While the vehicle wasn't known for its horsepower, it did begin to establish itself as a reasonably-performing model for its class. In the US, the four-door sedan was the main exported version and was outfitted with an inline four-cylinder engine directed through either a five-speed manual transmission or a four-speed automatic. There really wasn't too much of a change in direction for the model, as it was still offered as a hatchback and sedan. Second-generations of the Mazda Protege started making their way onto US dealer lots during the 1994 model year. Offered as both a hatchback and sedan, the Mazda Protégé sported a front-engine, front-wheel drive layout with an inline four-cylinder motor mated to either a five-speed manual transmission or a four-speed automatic. In fact, this car did not become known as the Protege until the late 1980s. Throughout the '70s, Mazda gave the model an assortment of inline four-cylinder engines while the name of the vehicle evolved from the 1000 to the 12 before being labeled as the 808, Mizer, and later, the GLC. It kept a reputation as an economical, fashionable choice for younger car buyers, although the car's demographic stretched across various age groups. The Mazda Protege is a compact sedan that got its start in the 1969s as the 800 (and 1000, respectively) before becoming dubbed the Familia. Improper or insufficient intercompany accounting practices are partly to blame. If NRV is exceeded after deferring the losses in the consolidating entries, the losses that would otherwise be deferred in consolidation should be reduced, and a corresponding adjustment made to the related tax effect, to reflect the NRV test determined at the consolidated level.Increasingly complex multinational value chains, partly the result of industry consolidation or globalization, and more scrutiny from auditors and regulators are causing more and more companies to run into serious and costly intercompany accounting problems. NRV must cover both the carrying amount reflected in the inventories as recorded in the books of the company holding the inventories, the related tax effects on the intercompany transactions (see TX 2.4.4), and the losses deferred (added to carrying amount) by consolidating entries. When accounting for intercompany inventory sales at a loss, a similar procedure as described in CG 8.2.4 should be followed, but special care must be exercised in making a lower of cost or net realizable value test of the inventories of the purchasing company.
